Samsung Galaxy S23 FE Renders Show Traditional Flat Back, Triple-Camera System

Finally, the long-awaited Samsung Galaxy S23 FE has finally been shown in renders, and they confirm that the phone will have a design that is very similar to other Samsung phones released this year.

The renders, created by OnLeaks, show the S23 FE with a flat back and a vertical triple-camera system. The camera housing is slightly raised from the back of the phone, similar to the design of the Galaxy A54. The front of the phone features a flat display with some really wide bezels by the standards of 2023.

I’m not sure why Samsung would choose to do this. Perhaps they’re trying to attract customers to their flagship S series, but I think they should reconsider. The renders don’t confirm anything, but if they turn out to be true, it seems like Samsung is either trying something very erroneous or they’re shifting their focus to the flagship sector.

Just take a look at this comparison of S20 FE, from 2020, with the upcoming S23 FE in late 2023. A time gap of almost three years.

The design of the S23 FE is not particularly exciting, but it is in line with Samsung’s recent trend of using similar designs across its entire smartphone lineup. This makes it difficult to distinguish between different models, especially when viewed from the back.

However, the internal specifications of the S23 FE are likely to be more interesting. Previous rumors have suggested that the phone could be powered by the Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1. The phone is also expected to feature a 120Hz AMOLED display, a 4500mAh battery, with 6, or 8GB RAM options.

One potential upgrade over the previous Galaxy S23 FE is the primary camera. Rumors suggest that the new phone could feature a 50MP sensor, which would be a significant improvement over the 12MP sensor in the S21 FE. Details about the other camera sensors are still not out yet.

We have no information on the possible release of this phone, but chances are that it could be released alongside the Galaxy Z Fold 5 and Galaxy Z Flip 5. These devices are expected to be revealed during the second part of the Samsung Unpacked event, which is expected to take place next month on July 26, 2023.

As for the phone, this is all we know, but rest assured that we will keep you updated as new information becomes available.
