Nothing Phone (2) Launch Date Confirmed for July 11th

Nothing has confirmed that its second smartphone, the Nothing Phone 2, will launch on July 11th. The event will take place in London at 16:00 BST and will be live streamed on Nothing’s official website.

The Nothing Phone 2 is expected to feature a number of upgrades over its predecessor, including a Snapdragon 8 Plus Gen 1 chipset, a bigger battery, and maybe new Glyph notification lights. The phone is also rumored to launch in the US for the first time.

With these upgrades, the Nothing Phone 2 is still expected to be a mid-range smartphone, and it will face stiff competition from other phones in the same price range, such as the Samsung Galaxy A54 and the Google Pixel 7. However, Nothing is hoping that its unique design and features will help it stand out from the competition.

The Nothing Phone 2 will be available to purchase from Nothing’s website and from select retailers. Pricing has not yet been announced, but it is expected to be similar to the price of the Phone 1, which started at £399. But, with these upgrades, it wouldn’t be a surprise if the company wanted to bump up the price a bit more.

Nothing Phone (2) Leaked Renders

Earlier this month, Steve H.McFly aka OnLeaks leaked the design of the Nothing Phone 2. The leaked images showed a phone with a transparent back that revealed the phone’s internal components. The back also featured a series of LED lights that would light up in different patterns to indicate different types of notifications, very similar to the Phone (1).

The leaked design was in line with what Nothing had previously teased about the Phone 2. The company had said that the phone would have a transparent back and a series of LED lights. However, the leaked images provided the first clear look at the Phone 2’s design.
