Ubisoft Releases Arabic-Dubbed Trailer for Assassin’s Creed Mirage

At Gamescom’s Opening Night Live, Ubisoft has released a new trailer for Assassins Creed Mirage, like was expected. The trailer is completely Arabic dubbed, meaning that in the game, you’ll have the option for the voiceovers to be in Arabic, with English subtitles – to make the experience feel more… authentic.

The trailer, that you can watch below showcases the city of Baghdad, with Basim having a conversation with his companion, Roshan in the background, in Arabic. Basim talks about his childhood memories of Baghdad, and how he and his friend, Nehal, used to sneak into the House of Wisdom. He also mentions how the city has turned dark, and that he is the “Hidden One” who will restore the “light.”

During the trailer, it is particularly interesting to note how Ubisoft has captured the essence of the original AC games, showcasing Basim jumping from roof-to-roof, sneaking up on walls – basically focusing on the stealth aspect of the game a bit more.

After recent releases that strayed from the series’ roots, Ubisoft is taking a step back to focus on what made Assassin’s Creed great in the first place – a short, stealth-focused story set in the Middle East.

Take a look at the trailer down below:

Assassins Creed Mirage was slated to release on October 12th, but the release has been pushed forward by a week, now on October 5th for PC, PS4, PS5, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X/S.

This is all we know for now, but rest assured that we will keep you updated as new information becomes available.
