Tekken 6 and Soulcalibur: Broken Destiny Rated for PS4/PS5, Might Be Coming to PlayStation Plus Soon
The Taiwan Digital Game Rating Committee has rated Tekken 6 and Soulcalibur: Broken Destiny for PlayStation 5 and PlayStation 4. Having previously been launched on platforms such as PlayStation 3, Xbox 360, and PlayStation Portable, Tekken 6 and Soulcalibur: Broken Destiny are now undergoing a rating evaluation for potential inclusion in the Classics Catalog available to PlayStation Plus Premium members.
This is not the first time Soulcalibur: Broken Destiny has been speculated to join the PlayStation Plus Premium Classics catalog. Back in July 2022, it briefly appeared in the PlayStation Plus Premium promotional material, along with other classic games like Ridge Racer 2 and Dino Crisis, before all three were removed from the Italian version of the PlayStation blog that first listed them.
However, now Tekken 6 and Soulcalibur: Broken Destiny are rated by the Taiwanese gaming board for PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 5. Therefore, they are most likely to be added to PlayStation Plus Premium soon.
What PlayStation Plus Subscribers Got in August 2023?
In the August 2023 PlayStation Plus Catalog and Classics Catalog for both PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 5, several notable games have been included. These offerings comprise Lost Judgment, Destroy All Humans 2 Reprobed, and Two Point Hospital: Jumbo Edition.
Furthermore, PlayStation Plus Premium subscribers have access to a range of PlayStation 1, PlayStation 2, and PlayStation Portable games for downloading, along with cloud streaming access to PlayStation 3 games. The Classics Catalog for August has been enhanced with the addition of three PSP games – MediEvil: Resurrection, Ape Escape: On the Loose, and Pursuit Force: Extreme Justice.
All of these games are set to become available from August 15 (today), with the exception of Sea of Stars, which is scheduled for release on August 29.
Notable inclusions in the PlayStation Plus Extra and Premium Game Catalog for August include titles like Sea of Stars, Moving Out 2, Destiny 2: The Witch Queen, Dreams, and others. PlayStation Plus Premium subscribers can also explore the Classics section with games such as MediEvil: Resurrection, Ape Escape: On the Loose, and Pursuit Force: Extreme Justice.
