Harry Potter: Quidditch Champions Gameplay Leaks Online from Closed Playtest

Gameplay from the ongoing closed PC Playtest for Harry Potter: Quidditch Champions has been leaked online. The leaked footage, which was taken down from YouTube due to a strike from Warner Bros., was approximately 10 minutes long.

The gameplay reveals new features, such as players being able to create their own character. They can also choose their favorite character from the wizarding world, with options like Harry Potter, Ron Weasley, Draco Malfoy, Cho Chang, and more.

Warner Bros. Games announced Harry Potter: Quidditch Champions in April 2023. The game will be published under the label of Portkey Games, which is the same publisher behind the recently released Harry Potter game, Hogwarts Legacy.

According to the official website of the game, it has been in development for several years at Unbroken Studios. Harry Potter: Quidditch Champions will provide a standalone gaming experience centered around the fan-favorite Quidditch sport from the Harry Potter series. The game aims to deliver a fast-paced, competitive multiplayer experience featuring the world’s most iconic magical sport.

Interestingly, this is not the first time the gameplay of Harry Potter: Quidditch Champions has unofficially surfaced online. Back in May, a similar incident was reported, but this recent leak provides a more elaborate glimpse into the closed playtest of the game. Despite Warner Bros. revealing a good amount of information about the game, the official release date is still not confirmed.

We will update you upon receiving any further information about Harry Potter: Quidditch Champions. Until then, let us know your thoughts about this news in the comments section below.
