Therefore, to restart your TV and have it establish a connection again, unplug the power cord from the back of the device as well as unplugging it from the power outlet. Then, replug the power cord from the back and plug it in the outlet as well. See if that resolves the issue.
Hard Reboot Fire TV

If the cable is loose or damaged, you won’t be getting any input source and as a result, Firestick won’t turn on.
